Casa dei Mezzo extra virigin olive oil has been tested by the Norwegian Institute for Water Research (NIVA) for traces of the toxin Polyaromatic Hydrocarbons and received a clean bill of health.

Retail market packaging

For the retail market, Casa dei Mezzo extra virgin olive oil is supplied in 500ml and one litre glass bottles. Bottles are available in clear or dark green, and have attractive eye-catching labels to complement the superior quality of our product, plus a unique neck swing label with usage instructions and extra information on the dietary benefits of our olive oil.

Ecological extra virgin olive oil for gourmets

Ecological extra virgin olive oil is always in very short supply, but we can arrange for special delivery to selected restaurants by air transport.

Depending on the season, we can offer a limited quantity of oil of only 0.2% acidity. When available, this is supplied in numbered unique traditional Minoan amphora produced by local Sitan craftsmen.

Raw / green olive oil

During the harvest, raw / green olive oil is available in limited amounts for those especially interested. Please contact us for further information.
